landscape image, cut problem

Hello

I have problem with the landscape image 'imagefile.jpeg', when I convert .pdf file to image with command

'convert.exe -density 96x96 -trim pdffile.pdf imagefile.jpeg'

on some PC`s imagefile.jpeg looks correctly

but on some PC`s imagefile.jpeg is cut off ~ 30% on the right.

I have no idea why this happens -(
