Error when installing the ImageMagick 6.2.6 Q16

For those who have the same bug : ppm stands for Perl Package Manager. Image Magick will give an error if a Perl systme is not installed on Windows. To solve this problem, either uncheck the Perl-related boxes in the ImageMagick install, or install ActivePerl (free). Of course, you may not need it.
