create jpeg lossless file

Look in the delegates directory at ftp.imagemagick.org/pub/ImageMagick

JPEG lossless patch (apply to IJG JPEG library sources)

ljpeg-6b.tar.gz

Why do you want to write lossless JPEG files? Almost no one can read them.
