Save 16bit Tif on bmp RG channels

Save 16bit Tif on bmp RG channels

Hello,

Can I use ImageMagick to convert 16bit(1 channel) greyscale tif to BMP(4 channels, 8bits per chennel)? I want to write higher 8bit in the R channel and lower 8bit in the G channel.
