pre-built python extension on windows?

The MagickWand interface is a new high-level C API interface to ImageMagick core methods. We discourage the use of the core methods and encourage the use of this API instead. Post MagickWand questions, bug reports, and suggestions to this forum.

pre-built python extension on windows?

is there pre-built python extension on windows?
or is there any portable dynamic ImageMagick so that http://www.assembla.com/wiki/show/pythonmagickwand can function. Currently, only portable static ImageMagick is available which is not work for pythonmagickwand
