Adding entries to IMDisplay ?

Hi,

I want to write a script that starts IMDisplay and adds a new menu entry. After u click the entry a new dialog pops up (like in the Shear... entry for example) and the user can make a few inputs. Is this at all possible with PerlMagick ?
