How do I install ImageMagick locally on Windows XP?

IMagick is a native PHP extension to create and modify images using the ImageMagick API. ImageMagick Studio LLC did not write nor does it maintain the IMagick extension, however, IMagick users are welcome to discuss the extension here.

How do I install ImageMagick locally on Windows XP?

This is what I want to do. I want to write a PHP script that uses ImageMagick. I want to run this script on my own Windows XP machine locally. Can someone tell me what I need to do to install it?

I'm running XAMPP on my PC.
