MagickReadImage in C/C++ doesn't work for .gif format.

MagickReadImage in C/C++ doesn't work for .gif format.

I used MagickReadImage(wand,"file.gif"), this always return MagickFalse. It works for other format though(.jpeg,.bmp). Any help is greatly appreciated.
Sometimes I got the error message "no decode delegate for this format".
