New ImageMagick User

Questions and postings pertaining to the usage of ImageMagick regardless of the interface. This includes the command-line utilities, as well as the C and C++ APIs. Usage questions are like "How do I use ImageMagick to create drop shadows?".

Did you download http://www.imagemagick.org/download/bin ... ws-dll.exe? It is a self-installing application and will work under Windows Vista.

When I run ImageMagick on windows I do it with the comand prompt; instructions here:
