hello im trying to clear this image to return me clear view of the number 9


could somebody help me??

what is the purpose? we don't help people to break captcha keys for illegal purposes. However, this is not an easy problem and I have my doubts that much can be done to help other than a slight increase in contrast of the 9 from the background by removing very small noise or just thresholding. Dense random lines that are longer than the size of the letter are very hard to remove.
