color management with IM on windows

Hello,

Do I need separate downloads/installations (eg. lcms) to make color management options work on Windows?

Binary:
ImageMagick-6.7.9-1-Q16-windows-static.exe

System:
Windows 7

LCMS support is enabled in the ImageMagick Window binary distribution.
