Discontinued PNG encoder making a working copy of Image

Discontinued PNG encoder making a working copy of Image

In IM-6.6.6-7 the PNG encoder started making a working copy of the
image. I now believe that was not needed and is wasteful of computer
resources, so this is discontinued in IM-6.7.3-7, SVN revision 5982.
