EPS CMYK right Ghostscript version gs8.63

For long time I tried to convert Photoshop EPS (cmyk) to other formats like TIF or JPG but the colors were terribel. I thougt delegate is wrong (I'm IM rookie). -colorspace RGB make it better but not enough. After I deleted Ghostscript gs8.64 and used gs8.63 everything worked fine (even right profiling etc.)

Is this common?
Maybe this notice helps someone (didn't find a solution for my searches before).
