ImageMagicObject.DLL can run alone?

ImageMagicObject.DLL can run alone?

I am using ImageMagickObject in Visual Basic.

I want to create a setup wizard to my application.
My users doesn't using ImageMagick.

So my question is, how I can install ImageMagickObject on there computer.
It's enough to copy imagemagickobject.dll and register it?
