Drawing a transparent circle

The circle is defined by two coordinates. The first is the centre of the circle and the second is any point on the circumference. So a circle of radius r centred at x,y can be specified by
x, y, x+r, y

You will need to set 'fill' to 'none' to only get the outline of the circle.
