CineLook with ImageMagick

Hi, I am new here, so I am looking for some help. I want to make my photo more cinelooking. I can't find any operation suitable for DOF (depth of field) operation. Has anybody idea, how to cinelook? With DOF or with other tips? Thanks.

I am a total beginner too... but how on earth do you want to create DOF without 3D information?
