Error in -frame option

Giving a single number as an argument (width) does not behave as documented nor in any sensible way I can determine. Perhaps the second number is taken as some random uninitialized value? Work-around is to always specify two numbers.

I noted this problem a long time ago, but never reported it.
The missing second number should be set to the same as the first.
