Error: /rangecheck in --.buildfont11--

We're using ImageMagick 6.8.3 and Ghostscript 8.61 and your file converted fine with this command:
  • convert -density 400 c.pdf -resize 25% c.jpg

Did you find the source of the error? I'm running in to the same problem myself.
