Problem with layered Tiffs and converting

I can convert my tiff with no layers, if i save the same exact tiff with layers, I get an error. I have seen similar posts on here concerning this error but no resolution that works as I found them.

"Unknown field with tag 37724 (0x935x) encountered. 'TIFFReadDirectory'. " is what I get. I am using 3.8.2 of LibTiff. What can be done so that this work? I don't believe I can even handle the error in ASP because it's not my code causing the problem, imageMagick is failing here.
