Invisible channels should be excluded (IM 6.3.6-2)

In PSDs you can make channels visible or invisible, but ImageMagick doesn't disregard invisible channels.
I have a screenshot from photoshop's channel view - the black copy channel will render the image white in IM, even though it is toggled off. Link to screenshot
