newbie - how to combine several TIF files into a multi-page

Hello -

If I have page1.TIF, page2.TIF, and page3.TIF, how do I combine them
and create a new multi-page TIF file called ALL.TIF ?

Similarly, if I have a multi-page TIF file called ALL.TIF, how can I separate
the pages into single TIF files?
