Support for PGX and JPX missing

Questions and postings pertaining to the usage of ImageMagick regardless of the interface. This includes the command-line utilities, as well as the C and C++ APIs. Usage questions are like "How do I use ImageMagick to create drop shadows?".

Support for PGX and JPX missing

Upon typing

`conver -list format` and checking for JPX or PGX I can' find them even though JP2 and JPC formats are there (they have the same encoder as JPX I guess). What do I need to add support for PGX and JPX?
