level focus

I wish to measure the level of defocus or motionblur of some images. Some idea?

If on Unix-like system, try my script, cepstrum, at my link below. See also http://www.fmwconcepts.com/imagemagick/ ... urier.html

However, the script generally only works in rather ideal motion or defocus situations.

That means you need either IM 7, which comes HDRI enabled, or compile with HDRI enabled or get another HDRI compiled binary.
