Generate LXDE start menu button in bash.

So, I want to generate a start button for the LXDE menu similar to that of the Windows XP Zune Theme but with custom text. Here is an image of the Zune theme:



The image doesn't have to be 100% accurate, just needs to look similar with the right edge rounded and the glossy effect.
I also want to add a custom logo in place of the Windows logo.

So what is the question? Is this about Imagemagick or Windows?

If you just want to make a button that looks something like another button, Gimp is the obvious tool to use.
