Convert of CR2 or ORF comes out black

We currently don't build IM with OpenCL enabled on Windows. I will need to modify our automated build to do so. Then we can add an option to turn it off.

Thanks for all that. (I've got an Intel i5 CPU; I think the 'Cedar' is something to do with my AMD Radeon HD 5450 graphics card.)
