Numbering issue in the download files

fmw42 asked me to report this bug.

I downloaded the latest version from here: http://www.imagemagick.org/script/binar ... hp#windows

The version reported on the page is: ImageMagick-6.8.9-2-Q16-x86-static.exe - Win32 static at 16 bits-per-pixel

Yet my insatll reports:
