Magic++ and convert image to transparent

I have a picture (coloured foreground) with transparent background.
I would like to transform (with Magic++) the foreground to transparent without changes of background (already is transparent). I would like to set transparent of foreground in range for example 0...MaxRGB.
How can I do it?
