Hello Team,

I am aware of DCT equation and I know how it is applied on decoded images but I need assistance to understand how does DCT work when there is a sliding window. I am reading a scientific paper. There is 4X4 sliding window moving over the image frame pixel by pixel.

Can anybody help me understanding this part?
