Should this work with ImageMagick 7.0.5-5 ?
I think Windows system tool convert is called.
D:\>convert /?
Converts a FAT volume to NTFS.
CONVERT volume /FS:NTFS [/V] [/CvtArea:filename] [/NoSecurity] [/X]
volume Specifies the drive letter (followed by a colon),
mount point, or volume name ...

I am facing similar problem with crop. I on Win7 64bit, IM windows binary (no cygwin)
