Background of JPG is black even though source Tif is not having any

Hi,

I am trying to convert a set of TIF files to JPG files.

Some of the JPG files generated successfully without any issues. But some files generated with Black background.

Command Used:
convert SkyBlue_Jersey.tif SkyBlue_Jersey.tif.jpg
