WARNING: No incltree created on JP2s

Hi,

I have a large collection (ca. 20,000) of JP2s I need to process. When running identify on a subset of them, most look OK, but for about 5% I'm seeing warnings that look like:

WARNING: No incltree created.
WARNING: No imsbtree created.
WARNING: No incltree created.
WARNING: No imsbtree created ...
