I need to make from 3 JPG files a GIF file.
I need the GIF file to be very small (max 35k).
How do I perform the following actions:
Color reduction algorithm: Perceptual
Colors reduced to: 52
Dithering algorithm: Diffusion
These actions are done in photoshop and made it to a desired file size.
