I tried to use -liquid-rescale

See the command:
convert sample.png -liquid-rescale 160x160 sample/sample-160x160.gif

Then I got this error message:
convert.exe: delegate library support not built-in `sample.png' (LQR) @ error/resize.c/LiquidRescaleImage/1889.
